Point Grey Asia Architects was established in Hong Kong.
The firm had undertaken various Architectural, Interior and
Urban Planning projects around Asia, building up an impressive
portfolio of Residential, Commercial and Mixed Used projects.
The firm received external investments to set up Kingsfield-Asia
Consultants Group in Thailand and began its expansion process
into Property Developments.
The Alps Condominium, Chiang Mai was launched in 2012
followed by The Consulate Residences, Chiang Mai in 2013.
The Group's commercial development project in
Baan Tawai Village is scheduled to launch in 2015.Point Grey Asia
Architects was replaced with Point Grey Architects to be part of the
Group in Architecture and Construction.The firm reached $10 million
USD in Assets and Capital and Kingsfield Asia Consultants Group
was replaced by Point Grey Group to manage these funds.
Point Grey Group started to consolidate its offices in Asia to its new
Headquarter in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
